  1. Eligibility for Returns
    You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • Item is missing or incomplete

  • Item significantly differs from the description

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Items used, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  1. Proof Requirement
    To process your request, please provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  1. Refund Process
    Once your request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued via original payment method (GCash, Maya, Card, etc.)

  1. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our fault (defective/wrong item), return shipping will be covered by us

  • Otherwise, customer may shoulder return shipping cost

  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.
    Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Delivery time is estimated within 5–30 days depending on product and location

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances
